I made this gift carder holder to match my fil's birthday card (see below). It fit right inside the card. 
This is what it looks like inside. I used my Nesties Labels 1; swiss dots CB folder; Core'dinations black magic cardstock (I sanded the raised dots to let the blue show through); and my CM circle punch.
